INITIAL DEPOSIT (EARNEST MONEY)

For all properties, a minimum of $1,500 in EMD must be transferred to escrow within 24 hours of signing the purchase contract. Kindly ask for wire instructions, as different properties may involve distinct title companies for closing.

SCHEDULE YOUR CLOSING DATE

Anticipate completing the closing process within 14 days of executing the purchase contract. While it's uncommon for this to take longer, if such a situation arises, we'll keep you well-informed.
